## Schedule Out Procedure

**ROF Appointment** - Financial conversation. Schedule next visit and BRF (with care whenever possible)

> **Initial PT Consultation will be added when the patient attends the BRF.**

‼️ Any "pending patient" signups will be processed, and charges added on the day payment is made.**PAYMENT/SIGNUP DATE WILL BE THE START DATE.**All appointments before signup will be processed as PPV.

**1st Appointment after ROF**- Schedule Office Orientation

**ON SIGN UP**: Enter Activate/Renew Care Plan Charge (with correct appointment provider)

**1st Pre-Scheduled Appointment**(after plan signup) - Adjustment and Office Orientation (Sign-in number will be given.)

**2nd Pre-Scheduled Appointment**- Adjustment

**3rd Pre-Scheduled Appointment**- Adjustment

**4th Pre-Scheduled Appointment** - Schedule CP-X-ray/Ferg or Mold

**5th Pre-Scheduled Appointment**- Schedule CP Report

💡 Follow D.C. Recommendations for remaining Pre-Scheduled Adjustments

**1 Appt Before Calendar Plan Halfway Point**- Add note to appointment before Exam for FD to confirm with patient.

**Calendar Plan Halfway Point**- Progress Exam

**Appointment after Progress Exam**- Progress Report

**1 Appt Before End of Plan Exam**- Add note to appointment before Exam for FD to confirm with patient.

**2nd to Last Appointment on Plan** - Re-Exam Comparative X-ray
