# X-Ray Procedure

- Have patient empty pockets and remove belts and jewelry.

- Have patient remove shoes. (unless heel lift needed for x-ray.)

- Label X-Rays (R/L or Ferg etc.)

- Adjust brightness of x-ray.

- Adjust mAs when necessary.
