Step by Step #
- Select “All Patients”
- Set the Time Frame with the “Has Visits During” dropdown.
- Type in your desired “Max Balance”
- Use Tags to Separate Reports (i.e. PPV or Care Plan Patients)
- Sort by top columns. (i.e. Account Balance low to high or high to low.)
- Use this information to double-check what patients need to have payments set up or have errors in their ledgers.
