Re Report File Flow: TECA places the file in the D.C. box, then D.C. sends the file to the BOCA desk for processing. Next, BOCA moves the file to the “File” box and the file is put away in the filing cabinet. Finally, TECA transfers the file to the file rack in the admin room so it is ready for D.C. on the day of the re-report.
