Just so you know we are a cash practice. That means we do not file any insurance here in the office. Is that ok with you?

NP: No

Okay, if you are under 65 years old we can supply you with a superbill that you will then file with your insurance. If they do cover chiropractic care then they can reimburse you. Will that work for you?

Our office does things quite a bit differently than many others. We do not focus solely on pain or symptom relief and are extremely passionate about taking the time to get to know our patients so we can get to the underlying issues behind their symptoms. Does that sound good to you?


Let me give you an idea of what your New Patient Exam looks like:

This visit typically takes 60-90 minutes. A new patient exam runs $130 in our office but with the special you’ll receive the same exam for AMOUNT OF SPECIAL. This price includes a detail scan of your nervous system, posture consultation with the Doctor and a spinal exam. If the doctor recommends getting x-rays, those will be an additional $45 per view. We schedule your first adjustment on the second visit so the doctors can analyze the exam findings to get to the underlying cause and then develop the best adjustment plan to fit your needs.

If patient asks about adjustment price: #

Our adjustments are $75 however, most of the patients in our office are on a care plan, the discounts with care plans bring down the price of each adjustment to around $50. That care plan will be discussed with you at your second visit.

If you must cancel within less than 24 hours of your appointment time or if you don’t show for your appointment there will be a $25 cancellation charge.
