Massage and PT No Show/No Call Procedure

Definitions: #

No Show/No Call: Patient misses an appointment and we do not hear from them through call, text, or email.

Related Appointment Purposes: 30 Minute or 60 Minute Massage (Care Plan AND PPV) & Personal Training

Procedure:  #

Patients will be notified at their ROF or next Re-Report that Massage or Personal Training appointments must be rescheduled more than 24 hours in advance to avoid losing that service through to the end of their care plan.

Charges:

Massage 30 Minutes CXL or Massage 60 Minutes CXL charge will be put in place of the completed massage charge.

PT Single Session CXL charge will be put in place of completed PT charge.

Multiple Misses:

If a patient misses more than two PT or Massage appointments without rescheduling in advance, the D.C. may recommend removing that particular modality of care from their current care plan. Change of Recs procedure should be followed to update this care plan.

Scripting:  #

“Because the availability is extremely limited for (Massage/PT) we have a no show/no call policy. This policy means that if you miss your massage or pt appointment without a 24-hour notice, we will mark that appointment as “declined care” and there will be no reschedule or refund for that appointment.”
