Minutes to Schedule: 10 min – Paperwork 10 min – Adjustment (Regularly sees a chiropractor or does not have pain) 20 min – Adjustment (Can barely move or doesn’t see a chiropractor)
💡 Note for inactive former patients: We do not schedule “Table Exam,” check-up or reactivation exams on the initial appointment unless the patient specifically asks for that.
Initial Call for PPV or inactive patient: Schedule a 10-15 minute adjustment. Ask the patient if there is anything specific going on and use your judgement to determine if the doctor will need more time. If they have new injury or extreme symptoms we will have them fill out updated paperwork.
ALL PPV VISITS ARE $75. Including Tourists and potential Reactivations. No Table Exam Charges.
If the D.C. refers the patient to get an exam and recommendations, use the above definitions and scheduling policies to determine the most appropriate conversation to have and course of action to take.
