Disciplinary Action

Disciplinary action may become necessary if employees create a pattern of disregard for office policies and procedures. Office disciplinary procedure will follow a simple three-step process as outlined below. Some policies have disciplinary measures directly related to the policy; these will be indicated on those policy documents.

1st Offense Verbal notice.
2nd Offense Written notice of potential “probation.”
3rd Offense Placed on probation, possibly resulting in further discipline. *
