Change of recommendations are any update to a patient care plan that will effect either the end date, the long term schedule, or the payments of their care plan. Any other changes should be recommended as PPV and no reporting or MUD follow-up is necessary. (D.C. can walk patient up to make non-care plan recs with front desk. Front desk should notate these recommendations in the Patient Notes.)

BOCA prints Recs and prepares financial.
D.C. goes over New Recs with patient at next visit
- Patient signs updated financial at this visit.
