đź’ˇ Ideally we will schedule a new patient to attend the first Better Results Faster class after their Report of Findings appointment. We will attempt to put an adjustment on the schedule at the time of their ROF that will allow them to attend the BRF directly after that adjustment.

If someone was scheduled and is a no show or cancels the BRF appointment they must scheduled for the next BRF and receive a “We Missed You” text message within 24 hours.
ROF: The Doctor will communicate that the Better Results Faster class is part of their recommendations for the patient’s care.
BRF Financial/Office Policies: BOCA explains that it is part of their doctors recs. Then, when walking them up to schedule their next appointment, BOCA will remind the COCA to schedule the patient for the next BRF.
Scheduling: COCA will schedule an adjustment appointment in an available time just before the BRF begins.

Follow Up: We want to follow up with the patient on Thursday or Friday before the upcoming Better Results Faster workshop. The CA should call the patient and remind them that they are on the schedule for the class. When the patient confirms they are coming, ask them who they are bringing and note that person’s name on the list.
đź’ˇ If at any point during the above procedure the patient seems unsure about attending the BRF, alert the DC for next appt to remind them of the importance of the BRF. Only assign the BRF Video to a patient if recommended by their DC.

When it becomes clear the patient will not be able to attend the BRF in person before the end of their first care plan, the doctor may approve for them to view the BRF video. When this happens, the link should be sent to them following their next appointment, when the BRF Notes card can be given to them. [Make a note on that appointment if necessary.]
Their Home Exercises will be given to them at the same time as the note card.
