ℹ️ Referral sources should be gathered AND ENTERED INTO CHIROTOUCH at the time of SCHEDULING. TECA is responsible for confirming the referral source during the NP exam. The NP paperwork should have the referral information on it for COCA to confirm at check-out.

INTERNAL #

INT – Friends/Family = Current patient (care within 30 days) referred NP.

INT – Special = NP signed up as a result of an Internal Special (i.e. 31 Spines)

INT – BRF = NP signed up by family member at the Better Results Faster Workshop

EXTERNAL #

EXT – Community = NP referred by someone in town who isn’t a current ACTIVE patient. (including Doctors or other Chiro offices.)

EXT – Event = NP scheduled at a community event (i.e. Homeshow or Night of the Tiger)

EXT – Mailer = NP scheduled as result of advertisement mailout

DIGITAL #

DIG – Facebook = NP scheduled directly because a Facebook ad or promotion

DIG – Google = NP scheduled because they found us on Google. (if they mention reviews etc…)

DIG – Website = NP scheduled on the website or called because of information found on the site.

DIG – WW = NP scheduled at a Waitlist Workshop event at HFC.
