Why a Wellness Club? #
Our Wellness Club exists to provide an easier transition into ongoing care for our patients. It also serves to provide a lighter lift for our team. It is designed to “reward” consistency and understanding by giving patients a simpler report/sign up process and even a some benefits other patients don’t get. Patients become eligible for membership in the Wellness Club after completing two consecutive years of care.
