D.C. Report of Findings #
The following script is an example of a ROF conversation. This is meant to help you see the tone and pacing of this conversation. Obviously the details will vary per patient. #
Hello, it’s great to see you again. I want to make sure you understand the results we’re going over today, particularly those from the video you watched. The video should have prepared you to understand this report.
Starting with your neck, these are your X-rays. As you can see, your neck is starting to lose its curve and move forward. Additionally, there is degeneration occurring, which is leading to phase two degeneration. Our goal is to address this problem and prevent it from worsening.
Next, let’s look at your neck from the front side. You can see that your neck and shoulder are beginning to shift. This, combined with the degeneration, is likely causing the pain shooting down your arm. To restore function, we need to adjust it.
Moving to your lower back, although it wasn’t your primary concern, the X-ray shows a significant curve that’s putting pressure on your lower back. This might not bother you often, but the scans show damage. We also notice an imbalance in your pelvis which could interfere with your digestive system.
Given these findings, we’re proposing a plan that includes adjusting your spine twice a week for four months. During this period, we’ll conduct scans and re-examine your X-rays to track improvement. Our goal is to get to the root cause and improve your condition for long-term stability.
Within the first month of care, we’ll also be doing laser treatments in your lower neck to address the inflammation and nerve damage.
Please let us know if you have any schedule conflicts that may interfere with the proposed appointments. We can be flexible and adapt if necessary.
Three different doctors in our office will be working with you, depending on the timing of the adjustments. We’re all committed to your care and look forward to getting started. Do you have any questions about your X-rays or the proposed plan?
