The Better Results Faster Class is a NP Orientation workshop. Dr Hill is going to talk everyone through what to stop doing and start doing in order to get the most out of your care in our office.

We have another orientation scheduled for DAY/TIME; I can put you down for that one and we will follow up with you when it gets closer to time.

If the patient still says they can’t make it, let them know that the doctor can provide a note to get out of work if that would help. If not, then say:

I will make the doctor aware of your situation and you can discuss the Better Results Faster class with him on your next visit.

COCA should then schedule an extra five minutes for the DC to follow up with the patient about their ability to attend the BRF.

ℹ️ ONLY A D.C. Should decide that the BRF Video should be sent to the patient. Even then, it should only be decided after the conversation between the patient and the D.C.
