You had your full consultation and spinal exam with the doctor, you had your posture evaluation and nervous system scan completed, as well as your InBody. The doctor discussed your goals and some details about how we care for patients in our office. Also, it looks like we did some x-rays on you as well.
We did NUMBER AND TYPE OF X-RAYS, this will go a long way to help the doctor find the underlying cause of what brought you into our office today. That way we can help you get back to PATIENT GOALS.
The Doctor is going to want to see you as soon as possible and to make sure you can bring NAME OF LOVED ONE to the appointment as well. So let me find the next available spot I can set aside the Doctor’s time for you and LOVED ONE. Looks like DAY, DATE, TIME, with Doctor DOCTOR would be perfect. Does that work for you?

“That's going to be about a 40 minute appointment. You will learn how we interpret your scans and x-rays to find the underlying cause of your issues and then the doctor will go over YOUR findings and discuss his plan for how our office can help you. You will get your first adjustment at that time as well. It will be an additional $75. You and LOVED ONE will have a chance to ask any questions you have at that visit also, ok?”
Our new patient exam is normally $130 but it looks like you came because of SPECIAL/REFERRAL, which is COST, that plus the # x-rays at PRICE per view, equals a total of COST.
So, I have a card on file for you here. Can I go ahead and just charge that card or is there some other way you'd like to pay? Ok, perfect, I'll charge that card, would you like a receipt?
