We have you scheduled for your New Patient appointment on DAY the DATE at TIME. My name is ### and I’ll be the tech helping you with your exam. I’m getting everything prepared for your exam and wanted to confirm a few details and make sure you have answers to any questions you may have.
Next, try and get the following information if it isn’t already in the appointment notes:
- Patient referral source. (Dig deeper if just “online” or “friend or family” is listed.
- Credit Card Number
We won’t charge your card today but this number will allow us to hold your appointment on the schedule.
If they refuse, tell them you’ll put the appointment on the schedule but will have to replace it if someone else calls to schedule a NP exam.
