Workplace Wellness Outreach (WWO) Scripts #

These scripts are designed to help our team naturally identify opportunities to serve our patients’ workplaces through free wellness education, ergonomic training, and optional spinal screenings. The goal is a win for the patient, their employer, and our practice.

Warm & Conversational Scenario #

Best for: Long-term patients, relaxed visits, strong rapport “Hey, quick question while you’re here; where do you work again? ___ I was asking because I wanted to let you know that we are now offering free wellness talks and spinal screenings for workplaces. It doesn’t cost anything and allows us to get in front of your team while sharing a bit about workplace ergonomics and the do’s and don’ts of health and spinal hygine. A lot of companies want to support their people, they just don’t always know who to bring in or how to start. Do you happen to know who at your company handles wellness programs or employee initiatives? Do you think they’d be open to something like this? We’d love to come alongside them and support your team/coworkers.”

Professional & Value-Driven Scenario #

Best for: Managers, leadership roles, corporate environments “Can I ask you something real quick that’s outside of today’s visit?” We partner with local companies by offering complimentary workplace wellness talks to improve work ergonomics, increase overall health and preventing work-related pain. We also offer optional onsite spinal screenings if the company wants to add extra value for employees. There’s no cost. We strive for a win-win-win…reducing discomfort, increasing morale which improves production. Helps the workers, a win for the company and a win for us because we get to start building relationships with people to help when needed.

Does your workplace have anyone who oversees employee wellness, HR, or company culture? We’d be happy to support your team. Would you like for Blake our Outreach Director to get hold of them and set something up?

Simple & Permission-Based Scenario #

Best for: Short visits, newer patients, busy schedules “Can I ask you a quick question? We offer free wellness education and optional spinal screenings for local workplaces as a community service. Do you know if your company ever brings in speakers or offers wellness programs for employees? Would you mind pointing us in the direction of who we’d talk to about that?”
