Ok, PATIENT NAME, 2 things…

First of all, # times per week means # times per week. Compliance to your schedule of adjustments is critical for you to ge tthe results that you want. The patients who never miss or change their appointments get the best results, the fastest. They’re happy, and so we are happy!

The patients who miss or change appointments do not the the results that they want – they get frustrated and we get frustrated. So, # times per week means # times per week. Are you with me?

Secondly, I know you still have questions. In fact, you may not even know what to ask. There are things that you will need to start doing, and things you will need to stop doing outside of the clinic so that you do not interfere with our work which could slow down your progress. For your convenience we have organized all of this information for you and a loved one into a New Patient Orientation that we call the Better Results Faster Workshop. The front desk will let you know when you and your loved one are schedule for the BRF, does that sound good? This will be the next most important visit you have in our office.

PATIENT NAME, 3 things are going to happen on each of your visits,

  1. We will check your spine and determine where you are ready to be adjusted. This is why you ALWAYS start face down.
  1. We will adjust you, usually 3-5 areas each visit.
  1. and we will continue to remind you what the adjustment is doing, as well as things you can be doing to totally understand YOUR ROLE in your health and healing.
